Cookie Notice
This Cookie Notice explains how Zoiko Tech Inc. uses cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, tags, device identifiers, and similar technologies in connection with ZoikoTime websites, applications, and platform services.
ZoikoTime applies a privacy-by-design approach to tracking technologies. We treat cookies as part of our wider privacy, security, consent, and audit-control framework — not as a cosmetic website issue.
1. Purpose and Scope
This Cookie Notice explains how Zoiko Tech Inc. uses cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, tags, device identifiers, and similar technologies in connection with ZoikoTime, including www.zoikotime.com, related ZoikoTime product portals, web applications, mobile applications, account administration tools, support channels, and any other digital service that links to this Cookie Notice.
This Cookie Notice applies to visitors, prospects, customers, administrators, authorized users, workers, contractors, and other individuals who access or interact with ZoikoTime digital services.
2. Controller and Platform Operator
ZoikoTime is a platform of Zoiko Tech Inc. Zoiko Tech Inc. is the provider and operator responsible for the ZoikoTime website, application, and platform infrastructure unless a written agreement states otherwise.
3. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on a browser or device when a person visits a website or uses an online service. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage, session storage, mobile identifiers, device identifiers, scripts, and software development kits. In this Cookie Notice, the word "cookies" includes cookies and similar tracking technologies unless the context requires otherwise.
4. Core Principles
ZoikoTime applies the following principles to cookies and tracking technologies:
Strictly necessary technologies are used only to provide, secure, authenticate, administer, and protect the service
Non-essential cookies are used only where a lawful basis applies and, where required, after consent has been obtained
Cookie choices must be as easy to change as they are to give — consent must be granular, informed, and capable of being withdrawn
Sensitive workforce contexts require additional restraint, transparency, and purpose limitation
Advertising and retargeting technologies must not be used inside authenticated worker environments unless specifically assessed, disclosed, and enabled under an appropriate lawful basis
5. Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary
Required for ZoikoTime digital services to work. Used to provide core functions including account access, session management, security, fraud prevention, network routing, and consent recording. These cookies cannot be disabled through the Cookie Preference Center because disabling them would prevent the service from operating properly.
Functional / Preference
Used to remember user preferences, language settings, display options, and similar choices. Disabling these may reduce platform functionality but will not prevent core use.
Analytics & Performance
Used to understand how visitors interact with ZoikoTime websites and applications — page views, session duration, navigation patterns, and error tracking. These are used to improve the platform and are only set after applicable consent where required.
Security & Fraud Prevention
Used to protect accounts, detect unauthorized access, prevent abuse, preserve evidence of security events, support incident response, and maintain service integrity.
Marketing & Retargeting (Public Website Only)
May be used on public marketing websites only where legally permitted and after consent. These technologies are not set inside authenticated worker-facing application environments.
7. Workforce and Authenticated Application Contexts
ZoikoTime distinguishes between public website contexts and authenticated application contexts.
Within authenticated ZoikoTime product environments, cookies and similar technologies are limited to operational, security, account, support, diagnostic, preference, and product functionality purposes.
ZoikoTime does not use cookies to secretly monitor workers. Any workforce-related data collection must be governed by the customer agreement, Privacy Notice, Data Processing Addendum, worker-facing notices, and applicable law.
10. Legal Bases and Consent
Depending on jurisdiction, ZoikoTime may rely on consent, legitimate interests, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or other lawful bases for the use of cookies and similar technologies.
In jurisdictions where prior consent is required for non-essential cookies, ZoikoTime will seek consent before setting those cookies. ZoikoTime does not treat continued browsing as valid consent in jurisdictions where affirmative consent is required. Users may withdraw consent or modify cookie choices at any time through the Cookie Preference Center where available.
13. How to Manage Cookies
- Cookie Preference Center: Use the ZoikoTime Cookie Preference Center, where displayed, to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookie categories

21. Changes to This Cookie Notice
ZoikoTime may update this Cookie Notice to reflect changes in technology, law, product functionality, vendor relationships, regional requirements, or business operations.
