What are ZoikoTime desktop & mobile apps?
Supported worker and administrator
experiences
ZoikoTime provides supported application experiences for workers and authorized administrators to view, create, review, correct, approve, and manage governed workforce records. Exact desktop, mobile, browser, OS, device, offline, notification, permission, plan, region, and role support must be confirmed in current availability documentation.
Anti-surveillance invariant
No screenshots, keystroke content, URL history, application-name monitoring, or clipboard collection under any tier or configuration.
Visible work
Workers can understand current record state, next actions, corrections, review, and collection boundaries according to approved configuration.
Governed continuity
Records move across supported surfaces through versions, permissions, synchronization, reconciliation, and Evidence Ledger history.
Qualified availability
Unsupported or gated platforms and capabilities are absent — never presented as disabled or “coming soon.”
Human authority
Applications support reviewable records and authorized actions; they do not decide misconduct, discipline, payroll, or legal outcomes.
Experience Model
Four surfaces, one governed lifecycle
Capture and review may occur on a supported worker surface; classification stays deterministic; approval stays human-controlled; evidence and outputs stay governed. A device never expands a user's authority.
Worker
Worker experience
See current record state, complete permitted actions, review details, request corrections, submit records, and reach privacy and help.
Reviewer
Manager / reviewer
Review assigned records and exceptions, compare current and proposed values, request information, correct or approve where authorized, and escalate with evidence.
Admin
Administrator
Configure roles, policies, application access, notices, availability, releases, support, and audit evidence — with segregation of duties.
Evidence
Evidence & reporting
Inspect versions, corrections, approvals, delivery state, and organization-level record health — with no individual productivity scoring.
Choose Your View
Role-based entry points
Selection personalizes emphasis only — it never creates an account, infers identity, or sends sensitive role data.
A calm, transparent worker home
See what's recorded, complete your tasks, correct errors, and always know when a record session is active. Large primary actions, status in words as well as color, and a privacy & sync summary one tap away.
Visible collection state
Not active, active by your action, paused, or completed — never hidden background activity.
Correction, not overwrite
Request a correction and track its status and outcome; every change keeps author, reason, and prior value.

Worker Desktop
The detailed worker workspace
Review, correct, and trace your records on a supported desktop experience — production-faithful, with synthetic data. No screenshots, app names, URLs, keystrokes, or rankings appear anywhere.

Time records · Aug 1–15
No screenshots, app names, or URLs shown anywhere · correction creates a reviewable version, never a silent overwrite.
Record Session
Recording is always visible and attributable
No hidden start, no coerced permission sequence. A pre-start notice explains purpose and what is used; an active banner stays visible; completion produces a summary and version reference.

Availability & compatibility registry
Support is driven by a governed registry — unsupported or gated platforms are simply absent, never shown as disabled or coming soon. Every row carries scope, limitations, an owner, and a last-reviewed date.
| Experience | Platform family | Role | Feature scope | Status | Last reviewed |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Worker mobile home | Mobile family | Worker | Records, corrections, notifications | Supported | Aug 2026 |
| Worker desktop | Desktop / web | Worker | Full review & correction | Supported | Aug 2026 |
| Reviewer | Desktop / web | Manager | Queue & approvals | Supported w/ limitations | Aug 2026 |
| Administrator console | Desktop / web | Admin | Config, releases, audit | Supported | Aug 2026 |
| Reviewer mobile | Mobile family | Manager | Context-first review | Plan dependent | Aug 2026 |
Generic platform families are shown until exact operating systems, browsers, app stores, installers, and requirements are verified.
Feature availability is published per capability — never as a blanket “same features everywhere” claim.
Review With Authority
Bounded manager & reviewer decisions
Reviewers act only within their organization scope. Every material decision needs a structured reason and evidence — and it stays separate from downstream payroll, discipline, or legal execution.
Review queue · your authority scope
5 due today| Worker / record | Issue | Owner | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Record #4821 | Correction requested | You | Approve |
| Record #4822 | Missing project code | Worker | Request info |
| Record #4823 | Post-approval change | Reviewer | Reapprove |
| Record #4824 | Conflict of interest | — | Escalate |
Decisions are attributable and reasoned — and separate from any downstream payroll or discipline execution.
Cross-Device Continuity
Coherent records across surfaces —
without impossible promises
Records move through versioned, permissioned synchronization. The latest visible item is not automatically authoritative; current status depends on version, approval, effective time, and reconciliation. No silent last-write-wins.

Sync states you can see
Current, pending, queued, syncing, conflict, failed, stale, superseded, reconciled — with timestamps and time zones.
Conflicts resolve with a human
Competing changes show timestamps, sources, and owners; resolution requires an authorized user and a reason — refresh and retry never duplicate an action.
No exact synchronization latency or zero-data-loss promise is made without measured evidence and an approved SLA.
Permissions
A collection & permissions center —
not dark patterns
Every device or data permission is purpose-specific, requested just in time, and revocable. Denial is respected with clear alternatives; there's no pre-checked consent and no nagging.
Optional
Notifications
Reminders, approvals, exception review,
and status updates. Optional
communications are separated from
required operational and security notices.
Purpose-gated
Location context
Only if the organization enables location-
context rules, you've been notified, and
device permission is granted — never
hidden or background tracking.
On demand
Camera
Only requested if an approved workflow
needs QR or document capture. Denial
disables just that feature, with an
alternative where available.
Optional
Biometric unlock
Device-level convenience where supported
— a non-biometric route always remains.
Not workforce monitoring.
Never
Explicit non-access
No contacts, SMS, call logs, personal photos,
private files, microphone, screen recording,
other-app activity, or browsing history.
Audited
Change history
Permission and configuration changes are
logged so you can see what changed,
when, and why — without covert collection.
Purposeful Alerts
Notifications that inform — never pressure
Role-aware, permission-aware, and privacy-safe. No streaks, public comparison, punitive frequency, false urgency, or gamified nudges.

Access, Offline & Accessibility
Honest about what's supported
Identity, offline behavior, and accessibility are treated as evidence-gated — described only within tested, approved scope.
Identity & sessions
Approved authentication only — no invented SSO, MFA, passkey, or biometric claims. Sessions are identifiable, revocable, and audit-logged, with device revocation and clear recovery.
Connectivity & offline
Offline is publication-gated. Where it isn't approved, the app states a connection is required for that action — never 'works anywhere,' 'never lose time,' or 'always sync.'
Accessibility as a requirement
WCAG 2.2 AA is release-blocking: keyboard/switch operation, screen-reader labels, text scaling and reflow, reduced motion, target size — with any known limitation stated, not hidden.
First use & updates
Access, installation, and updates render only from the governed registry. No download button, store badge, QR code, or system requirement appears until the destination and evidence exist.
Deterministic Time Classification is policy-bound and reviewable — never branded as AI. Assistive features retrieve and explain governed data; they decide nothing.
